Optimization and Practice of the Multiple Comprehensive Evaluation Model of the"Seven-dimension"for Secondary Vocational School Students——Taking Wuxi Vocational Technical High School of Automotive Engineering as an Example
It is necessary to optimize the evaluation model to promote quality education.Currently,there are sever-al drawbacks in the evaluation model,such as,underestimating the learning process,having a narrow evaluation scope and unreasonable evaluation system.The paper proposes a"Seven-dimension"multiple comprehensive evaluation mod-el constructed from the perspectives of evaluation stage,evaluation subject,evaluation method,and evaluation con-tent.The evaluation system should be optimized from the aspects of indicator composition,weight determination,and platform construction.Firstly,the evaluation of students should be implemented through"daily record--stage summa-ry--semester assessment--graduation summary evaluation"recorded on the information platform.Secondly,the"tri-lateral linkage"of government,enterprise and school ensures the normal operation of student evaluation and the reason-able use of evaluation results to constantly improve the comprehensive quality of students and the quality of talent cultiva-tion.
