区块链赋能高职教育产教融合的逻辑与实施路径

摘要
产教融合是推进职业教育现代化发展的重要举措,多元利益主体共同参与高等职业教育有助于实现产业链、教育链、人才链有机衔接.为解决现有产教融合实践过程中利益主体信任关系难继、产教融合过程性管理缺乏、利益主体倦怠与内生动力不足等问题,文章在分析区块链技术概念与特点的基础上,从价值逻辑、理论逻辑与技术逻辑三个维度阐述了区块链对产教融合的适用逻辑,从构建分布式产教融合大数据平台、汇聚标准形成智能合约、设计激励相容机制三个维度提出具体的实施策略.
Abstract
The integration of industry and education is an important measure to promote the modernization of voca-tional education.The joint participation of multiple stakeholders in higher vocational education helps to realize the organ-ic connection of industry chain,education chain and talent chain.In order to solve the problems of difficulty in trust rela-tionship of stakeholders,lack of process management of industry-education integration,boredom of stakeholders and lack of endogenous motivation in the existing practice process of industry-education integration,this paper expounded the application logic of blockchain to industry-education integration from three dimensions of value logic,theoretical log-ic and technical logic based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of blockchain technology.The specific im-plementation strategies were put forward from three dimensions of constructing a distributed industry-education integra-tion big data platform,converging standards to form smart contracts,and designing incentive compatible mechanisms.
