On the Teaching Reform and Practice of Tour Guide Business Course in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Integration of"Position-course-competition-certificate"
"Position-course-competition-certificate"comprehensive education is a clear direction of talent train-ing and curriculum reform from the national level.This paper analyzes the curriculum characteristics and problems of the tour guide business,puts forward to set the curriculum based on the position demand,and transforms the knowledge,ability and quality required by the tour guide job into the teaching objectives of professional courses.Taking professional norms as the criterion,the core work content of tour guide service is transformed into learning task to construct curricu-lum content.Taking the vocational certificate as the yardstick,the knowledge points and skills points in the outline of the tour guide qualification examination are supplemented in course teaching;Taking the professional competition as the benchmark,"typical training tasks"are selected from the"arena"of the tour guide service ability competition to en-rich the course content.In conclusion,this paper constructs the content system of"position-course-competition-certifi-cate"integrated course with 4 course modules,14 learning tasks and 13 training tasks based on the logic of students'cognitive law and professional ability growth,and puts forward teaching implementation suggestions of higher vocational tour guide business course teaching based on the integrationof"position-course-competition-certificate".
