The Adverse Factors,Value orientation and Path Choice of Rural Skilled Talents Training under the Background of"Digital Commerce to Rejuvenate Agriculture"
Rural skilled talents are the key support for the implementation of the"digital commerce to rejuvenate agriculture"project,and also an important basis for the strategy for making China strong through training competent per-sonnel.The cultivation of rural skilled talents should be done by the value orientation of promoting the growth of output value and optimizing the industrial structure,reshaping the ecological structure and dissolving the urban-rural gap,and realizing individual value,entrepreneurship and re-employment.However,due to adverse factors such as vague training orientation,insufficient digital infrastructure,path dependence and system absence,this paper suggests that we should build a solid digital infrastructure and digital platform,strengthen institutional support and policy incentives,consolidate the integration of industry and education and vocational training,cultivate fine and adaptive skills to pro-mote the comprehensive revitalization of beautiful villages with the supply of high-quality rural skilled talents.
