Research on the Path of Improving Students'Employability in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
Employment is the most basic livelihood of the people.The employment situation for students in voca-tional colleges has become increasingly severe in the new era.Starting from the connotation and characteristics of higher vocational college students'employability,this paper discusses the factors affecting students'employability from the individual,school and social levels,and puts forward that higher vocational colleges should develop quality education to improve students'comprehensive quality,promote the reform of teaching skill to improve students'professional practice ability,promote the accurate matching of talents and employers to improve students'employment adaptability,etc.,which provides reference for improving the employment competitiveness and development power of students in high-er vocational colleges and realizing high-quality and full employment.
