On the Bidirectional Drive,Adaptive Requirements,and Practical Paths between New Quality Productive Forc-es and Vocational Education
Higher quality workers are the primary element of new quality productive forces,and the development of new quality productive forces places higher demands on vocational education,which drives the innovation of vocational education concepts,content changes,model innovations,and the optimization of governance systems while vocational edu-cation provides human support for it by cultivating more high-quality workers.Therefore,there is an inherent logic of bidi-rectional driving between vocational education and new quality productive forces.At the acceleration of technological rev-olution and industrial transformation,the development of new quality productive forces has put forward higher adaptabili-ty requirements for the cultivation of higher quality workers in vocational education,the matching degree of talents'structure,and the growth space of talent cultivation.In this regard,vocational education should systematically upgrade its talent training objectives,deeply optimize the professional layout structure,comprehensively deepen the integration of in-dustry and education,fundamentally transform the vocational education governance system,and expand the scale of voca-tional education undergraduate construction,in order to better empower the new quality productive forces.
