五育并举视域下地质类"艰苦"专业高职学生吃苦精神培育研究

地质类专业恶劣的工作环境、对体能的巨大消耗决定其是公认的"艰苦"专业.作为面向行业一线就业的高素质技术技能人才,地质类"艰苦"专业高职学生的吃苦精神培育显得尤为紧要.针对地质类专业高职学生,要以五育并举理念为指导,构建"一核引领、三能支撑、实践生成"的吃苦精神培育体系."一核引领"即坚持德育为先,重在提振学生的吃苦意愿."三能支撑"即秉持智育为重,锤炼学生能吃苦的技能;秉持体育为基,增强学生能吃苦的体能;秉持美育为要,坚定学生能吃苦的动能."三能支撑"意在提升学生的吃苦能力."实践生成"即守持劳育为本,要在提升学生的吃苦行为.吃苦精神培育体系针对性强,能有效解决当前地质类专业高职学生中存在的不愿吃苦、不能吃苦、不敢吃苦的问题.
Research on Cultivating the Spirit of Overcoming Hardships of Geology Majors in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Simultaneous Development of the Five Aspects of Education"
It is universally accepted that the work of geological graduates is very tough for its harsh working environ-ment and the huge consumption of physical energy.It is particularly important to cultivate the spirit of bearing hard work among students majoring in geology who will work as the high-quality technical and skilled talents in the front line of the industry.Guided by the concept of"Simultaneous Development of the Five Aspects of Education",the paper proposes a system oriented in cultivating geology majors'hardship endurant spirit,which is"guided by one core,supported by three abilities and sticking to labor education"."Guidance of one core"means putting moral education first and boosting students'willingness to endure hardship."Three-ability support"refers to practicing students'hardship endurance skills by focusing on their intellectual education,improving their physical energy by physical education and strengthening their inner drive by aesthetic education."Sticking to labor education means to consolidate students'hard-working behav-ior by attaching importance to the labor education.The cultivation system of hard-working spirit has strong pertinence,which can effectively solve the problems of unwillingness,inability and fear to bear hardships existing among the current geological vocational students.
