Characteristics,Difficulties and Breakthroughs of Industry-education integration in Secondary Vocational Schools in the Province——Based on a Survey of 110 Secondary Vocational Schools
In the past ten years,China has successively carried out a number of policies to promote the integration of industry and education and has been given multiple historical missions. However,in practice, secondary vocational schools are facing some problems.First,one-sided pursuit of enrollment rate weakened the integration of industry and ed-ucation to a certain extent.Second, the enterprises that choose to cooperate are mostly newly built private and small-scale enterprises, which lack the ability to participate in the whole process of talent training in terms of professional standards, financial resources and staff quality, etc.Third, secondary vocational schools have limited ability to serve enterprises in technological transformation, and teachers'scientific research results are insufficient for only focusing on teaching.Fourth, the degree of matching between the school's professional setting and industry is low,so is the proportion of gradu-ates working in cooperative enterprises. The mutual benefit ability of both schools and enterprises is weak, the elements of industry-education integration are limited, and the effectiveness needs to be further improved. Therefore, this paper puts forward feasible strategies, such as,the construction of industry-education integration platform under the leadership of the government, relying on regional industrial clusters, building a number of vocational skills training fields, and promot-ing the formation of symbiotic relations between schools and enterprises.
