新时代,职业院校英语教学肩负着服务对外开放、"一带一路"建设的重要使命,致力于培养"精专业、懂英语、会交流"的复合型技术技能人才.然而,当前中职英语教学忽视学情和职业特点的现象普遍存在,应积极探索和构建中职英语教学ADDIE模型,即教学分析(Analysis)、教学设计(Design)、课程开发(De-velopment)、教学实施(Implementation)和教学评价(Evaluation)五环节,更加精准地把握学生的基础、需求和职业特点,优化教学内容和方法,提高职业教育人才培养的质量.
Construction and Practice of ADDIE English Teaching Model in Secondary Vocational Schools
In the new era,English teaching in vocational colleges plays a vital role in serving the opening up to the outside world and is committed to the development of the"Belt and Road",and to cultivating compound technical talents who are"professional,understand English and can communicate".However,at present,the phenomenon of ignoring learn-ing situation and vocational characteristics in English teaching in secondary vocational schools is common.It should be active to explore and build ADDIE model for English teaching in secondary vocational schools.That is to say,The teach-ing analysis,teaching design,curriculum development,teaching Implementation and teaching evaluation should be made by accurately grasping the foundation and needs of students,and career characteristics so as to optimize the teaching con-tent and methods,and improve the quality of vocational education personnel training.
