随着信息技术的飞速发展和数字化时代的来临,数字赋能已成为推动各行业、各领域高质量发展的重要动力之一.在职业教育领域,数字赋能也被视为现代职业教育体系高质量发展的重要手段.新疆地方高职院校作为祖国西北边陲培养高素质技术技能人才的重要基地,在数字转型发展时期面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战.要以数字转型为契机,以创新治理体系为平台,以"三全育人"为抓手,全面高效实施"全员、全过程、全方位"育人,提升教育教学质量,提升服务中国式现代化新疆建设的能力,建立具有中国特色的现代职业教育体系.本文旨在探索数字赋能下,新疆地方高职院校"三全育人"实践的路径,以期为新疆职业教育发展提供参考.
Exploration of the Practical Path of"Three Complete Education Modes"Empowered by Digital Technology in Xinjiang Local Vocational Colleges——Taking Yili Vocational and Technical College as an Example
With the rapid development of information technology and the advent of the digital era,digital empower-ment has become one of the important driving forces to promote high-quality development in various industries and fields.In the field of vocational education,digital empowerment is also regarded as an important means for the high-quality de-velopment of modern vocational education systems.Local higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang,as an important base for training high-quality technical talents in the northwest border area of China,are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the period of digital transformation and development.We should take digital transformation as an opportuni-ty,use the innovative governance system as a platform,and regard"Three Complete Education Modes"as the key ap-proach to fully and efficiently implement"whole-staff,whole-process,and whole-aspecteducation",improving the quality of education and teaching,enhancing the ability to serve the construction of Chinese path to modernization,and establishing a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.Thepaper aims to explore the path of"Three Complete Education Modes"practice in local vocational colleges in Xinjiang under digital empowerment,in or-der to provide reference for the development of vocational education in Xinjiang.
