"三协同四融合"水产创新创业人才培养体系的构建与实践

摘要
本研究根据新农科建设要求,以培养具有创新创业精神的高素质水产应用型人才为目标,优化顶层设计,以师生协同、校企协同、创新与创业协同为纽带,通过思创融合、专创融合、科教融合、产教融合等方式培养创新创业人才,构建了"三协同四融合"水产创新创业人才培养体系.经过近年来的实践,在"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛、"挑战杯"大学生创业计划竞赛以及各类学科竞赛中取得了优异成绩,学生创新创业能力和综合素质得到全面提升,创新创业人才培养成效显著,为探索新农科建设的新范式、新方法提供了有力的支撑.
Abstract
To meet the requirements of the construction of new agricultural sciences,the paper establishes an aquatic innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system of"Three Synergies and Four Integration",which opti-mizes the top-level design,and,regarding the three synergies of collaborations of teacher-student,school-enterprise,and innovation-entrepreneurship as the bonds,and utilizing the the approaches of the integration of thought and creativi-ty,specialization and innovation,science and education,and industry and education to cultivate innovative and entre-preneurial talents.The teaching practice in recent yearshas resulted in excellent results in the"Internet+"college Stu-dent Innovation and Entrepreneurship competition,"Challenge Cup"college student entrepreneurship plan competition and various discipline competitions,the comprehensive improvement of students'innovation and entrepreneurship abil-ity and comprehensive qualities and remarkable achievements in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which provides a strong support for exploring the new paradigm and new methods of new agricultural science construction.
