摘要
培育出一大批技术技能人才是建设技能型社会的关键所在,而厘清其胜任力特征才能更有针对性地进行培育.基于此,本研究以素质冰山模型为理论框架,通过政策文本挖掘、文献资料分析以及问卷调查统计等研究方法,构建了由复合知识、专业技能、可转移技能、职业意识、个人特质构成的"五维一体"技术技能人才胜任力模型,以期为职业院校技术技能人才培养、选拔和评价提供理论参考与实践路向.
Abstract
Cultivating a large number of skilled technical talents is the key to building a skilled society.Identify-ingtheir competency characteristics can contribute to thetargeted cultivation.Based on this,this study uses the Iceberg Model as the theoretical framework and constructs a"Five-in-One"technical and skilled talent competency model con-sisting of composite knowledge,professional skills,transferable skills,occupational awareness,and personal traits by using differentresearch methods,such as policy text mining,literature analysis,and questionnaire survey statistics.The aim is to provide theoretical tools and practical directions for technical and skilled talent cultivation,selection,and evaluation in vocational schools.
