新疆信创行业产教融合共同体建设研究

摘要
科技安全是支撑和保障其他领域安全的重要力量源泉,是塑造我国国家安全的关键技术支撑.习近平总书记强调,互联网核心技术是我们最大的"命门",核心技术受制于人是我们最大的隐患,信创对推动我国经济高质量发展、保障国家安全意义重大.基于对新疆信创行业产教融合全面分析研究发现,新疆信创产教融合存在信创专业人才短缺、信创产业根基薄弱、信创教学改革进展缓慢、产教融合动力不足、产教融合共同体建设模式不匹配等问题,文章据此加上新疆国民经济和信创产业发展现状,提出信创行业"四位一体+四联融合"建设模式,为新疆信创行业产教融合共同体建设和加快信创人才培养提供参考.
Abstract
Scientific and technological security is an important source of strength to support and ensure security in other fields,and is a key technical support for shaping China's national security.The general secretary Xi Jinping not-ed that the core technology of the Internet is vital,which will be the biggest hidden danger.Xinchuang(the information technology application innovation industry)is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of China's economy and ensure national security.Based on a comprehensive analysis and research on the industry-education inte-gration of Xinchuang in Xinjiang,it is found that there are problems,such as shortage of professionals,weak founda-tion,slow progress in the teaching reform,lack of impetus for the industry-education integration,and mismatch in the construction mode of the integration of industry and education community.According to the development status of Xinji-ang's social economy and Xinchuang,the paper proposes a"Four-in-one+Four-joint integration"construction mod-el of Xinchuang,which provides reference for the community construction of industry and education integration in Xinch-uang in Xinjiang and for accelerating the training of Xinchuang talents.
