Research on Layout Strategies of the Specialty in Xinjiang Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of New Quality Productive Forces—A Case Study of Urumqi Vocational University
Colleges and universities are the key intersection of education,science and technology,and talents,which shoulder the dual tasks of talent training,scientific and technological innovation,and are one of the"birthplaces"of new quality productive forces.The concept of"new quality productive forces"puts forward by the nation as a strategy indi-cates the orientation for the long-term development of Xinjiang regional economy.At the same time,it puts forward oppor-tunities and challenges for the specialty layout in Xinjiang vocational colleges.This paper studies the current situation and problems of the specialty structure and layout of Urumqi Vocational University by focusing on the new quality productive forces and analyzing its index elements.Meanwhile,it represents some strategic suggestions on the specialty layout of Urumqi Vocational University to provide reference for that of Xinjiang vocational colleges,eventually,providing strong tal-ent support for the development of Xinjiang regional economy.
