新疆职业院校开展课程思政的探索与研究

培养技术技能型人才、大国工匠、能工巧匠是职业教育的重要使命,课程思政是职业教育人才培养体系中的重要一环,课程思政体系的建设直接影响着思政工作的成效、人才培养的质量.但在课程思政建设过程中,融入课程体系深度不够、与思政课程协同育人效果不明显、激励机制不健全、教师教书育人的理念尚未完全转变等现象普遍存在,严重影响了课程思政的育人效果.通过推进课程思政全过程融入课程体系、推动思政课程与课程思政同向同行、构建完善的课程思政考核评价指标体系、提升教师课程思政的能力等方式,全方位、深层次推进课程思政与思政课程同向同行,达到协同育人的效果,全面提升人才培养质量.
Research on Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum in Xinjiang Vocational Colleges
It is an important mission of vocational colleges to cultivate technical workers,master craftsmen and handy men.Ideological and political education in curriculum is an essential part of the vocational education talents training sys-tem,whose construction directly affects the effectiveness of ideological and political work and the quality of talents train-ing.In the process of construction,there are problems.First,the depth of integrating into the curriculum system is not enough.Second,the synergistic education effect with ideological and political courses is not obvious.Third,the incentive mechanism is not sound,and teachers'teaching and education concept has not been completely changed.All the factors seriously affect the effect of ideological and political education in curriculum.This paper proposes that the problems should be addressed by integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum system in the whole education process,constructing a proper evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political education,and improving teachers'ideological and political education ability,so as to promote the ideological and political courses integrating the ideological and political education in curriculum in an all-round and high level,achieve the effect of collaborative educa-tion,and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.
