Exploration on the Development of Local New Quality Productive Forces Empowered by Higher Vocational Colleges
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous optimization of industrial structure,higher vocational colleges play a more and more important role in promoting the development of regional new quality productivity.In order to better prepare for the development of regional new quality productive forces,this paper takes Karamay Voca-tional and Technical College as an example to explore how to adapt to the new requirements of local industrial develop-ment in vocational college personnel training,to provide a strong talent guarantee and technical personnel for the develop-ment of local new quality productive forces.
