People-centeredness is the theoretical character of Marxism,and it is also the essential attribute that runs through Xi Jinping's Thought on Culture.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has adhered to the people's position of Marxist cultural theory,absorbed the people-oriented thought in the excellent traditional Chi-nese culture,and carried forward people-centeredness thought of the Communist Party of China's leading culture formulat-ing people-centered Xi Jinping's Thought on Culture that upholds the people's position.The people-centeredness of Xi Jinping's cultural thought mainly includes four connotations,namely,the value orientation to meet the increasing spiritu-al and cultural needs of the people,the creation orientation to introduce more excellent works that enhance the spiritual strength of the people,the innovation direction to fully stimulate the vitality of cultural innovation and creation of the whole nation,and the evaluation orientation of regarding the people as connoisseurs and judges of literary and artistic works.Based on the new era and new journey,to achieve these four connotations,the following strategies must be imple-mented:promote cultural construction to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people,improve the cultural system to protect the cultural rights and interests of the people,enhance the main position of the people to create a good cultural at-mosphere,and give play to the main strength of the people to form a new pattern of cultural construction.
