Research on Teachers'Self-efficacy in Learning Reflection of Cloud Teaching and Research Community
Teacher's self-efficacy refers to a teacher's belief and feeling state in their own ability to successfully per-form teaching-related tasks,which plays an important role in teachers'professional development.Based on the reflection log text of five teachers in a vocational college in the POA cloud teaching and research community,this paper analyzes the source,performance dimension and effect verification of teacher's self-efficacy,and the axial phenomenon of teachers'self-efficacy in the coupling of Cloud Interconnectedness Theory and ternary interactive determinism with the diagram.It is proved that the Cloud teaching and research community can promote the professional development of teachers from prac-tice to mechanism.
