不同炮制工艺对磁石饮片质量的影响研究

摘要
目的:探究不同炮制工艺对磁石饮片质量的影响.方法:以炮制时间、炮制温度为参考因素,以炮制品铁、重金属(铝、钛、锌、锰、铯、锶、铬)的百分含量和密度为评价指标,优选磁石的最佳炮制工艺.结果:磁石在煅制温度700 ℃、煅制时间1 h时,炮制品含铁量仅下降0.03%,重金属含量除锰外全部降低,炮制品密度降低.结论:磁石在煅制温度700℃、煅制时间1 h煅制时,可起到减毒、增效和酥脆的效果,可作为磁石的炮制工艺,也为磁石饮片的质量标准研究提供可靠的实验依据.
Abstract
Objective:To study on the effect of different concoction processes on the quality of magnetite tablets.Methods:The best concoction process of magnetite was preferably selected by using the concoction time and concoction temperature as reference factors,and the percentage content of iron and heavy metals(aluminum,titanium,zinc,manganese,cesium,strontium and chromium)and density of the concoction products as evaluation indexes.Results:The iron content of the concoction decreased only by 0.03%when the magnetite was calcined at 700℃ and the calcination time was 1h,and the heavy metal content decreased except for manganese,and the density of the concoction decreased.Conclusion:When magnetite was calcined at a calcination temperature of 700℃ and calcination time of 1h,it could be used as a concoction process for magnetite,and also provide a reliable experimental basis for the study of quality standard of magnetite tablets.
