Analysis of detection results of trace elements of iron and zinc in children in Kaifeng
Objective:To analyze the detection results of trace elements of iron and zinc in children, and to prove a good theoretical basis for the nutritional guidance of children in Kaifeng. Methods:A total of 12820 children diagnosed and treated in Children'S hospital of Kaifeng from October 2021 to October 2022 were taken as the study samples.BH-7100 multi-element analyzer was used to test the trace elements of iron and zinc, and atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to compare the distribution of trace elements in different age groups, distribution of trace elements of iron and zinc in different genders. Results:There was no statis-tical significance in the distribution of iron and zinc iron among 12820 children of different genders. The data showed that there were high deficiency rates for trace elements of iron and zinc levels.Respectively.The deficiency rate for trace elements of iron and zinc was significantly different between genders(P<0.05).The deficiency rate for trace elements of iron and zinc was sig-nificantly low in the age group of 1 year old and under. Conclusion:Periodic detection of trace elements in children is carried out to supplementation of trace elements can help children promote their healthy development.
