离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中溴酸盐、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐

目的:建立同时测定水中溴酸盐、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐的离子色谱法.方法:选择I onPac-AS19色谱柱,KOH自动淋洗液发生装置,流动相流量1.0 mL/min,500 μL大体积进样,电导检测池温度40 ℃,色谱柱温度30 ℃,抑制器电流87 mA.结果:溴酸盐在0~100.0 μg/L、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐在0~1000.0 μg/L浓度范围具有良好的线性,相对标准偏差0.10%~0.55%,加标回收试验平均回收率为93.1%~104.9%.结论:方法操作简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于同时测定饮用水中溴酸盐、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐.
Determination of bromate,chlorate,and chlorite in drinking water by ion chromatography
Objective:To develop an ion chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of bromate,chlorate,and chlorite in water.Method:IonPac AS 19 chromatographic column,KOH automatic eluent generation device,mobile phase flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,500 μL bulk injection,conductivity detection cell temperature 40 ℃,chromatographic column temperature 30 ℃,suppressor current 87 mA.Results:Bromate at 0~100.0 μg/L,chlorate,Chlorite at 0~1000.0 μg/L,the concentration range has good linearity,The relative standard deviation is 0.10%~0.55%,and the average recovery rate in the spiked recovery test is 93.1%~104.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,and stable,and suitable for the simultaneous determina-tion of bromate,chlorate,and chlorite in drinking water.
