Effect of ear swelling and abdominal permeability before and after"sweating"in mice
Objective:To analyze the effects of ear swelling and peritoneal cavity permeability in mice, and to provide reference for its processing, clinical application and further research. Methods:The injection of the ear cage swelling, and the absorbance. An anti-inflammatory model was established, and the water extract before and after"sweating"was used for drug intervention.Analyzed and processed using SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis software, data were expressed as(x)±s and comparison between two groups were tested by Dunnett t test,P<0.05 considered differential statistically significant. To evaluate the pharmacodynamic differences in the anti-inflammatory effects of the shen before and after"sweating".Results:Compared with the high dose group and the normal saline group,The P<0.05 difference was significant,The inhibition rates in the low-,medium-,and high-dose groups were 8.65%,2.61%,and 17.08%,respectively,P<0.01 between the low dose group and the saline group after"sweating",The high and medium dose groups were compared to the saline group,The P<0.05 difference was significant,The inhibition rates in the low, medium and high dose groups were 27.03%,23.99%and 39.84%,respectively;P<0.01 be-tween high and low dose and saline groups before and after sweating,The difference was statistically significant; Are able to in-hibit the peritoneal capillary permeability in mice. Conclusion:"sweating"causes the change of chemical content in xuanginseng and the anti-inflammatory effect.
