Investigation and detection methods of heavy metals in liquor sold in Taiyuan City
Objective:To investigate the contaminant and study the detection method of cadmium,arsenic and mercury in 16 liquor samples sold in Taiyuan.Methods:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and automatic mercury measuring instrument were used.Results:The total content of arsenic was higher than the detection limit in 7 samples,the content of cadmium was higher than the detection limit in 1 sample,and the total content of mercury was not detected.Conclusion:The method of induc-tively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and automatic mercury detector can effectively and conveniently detect mercury,arsenic and cadmium in liquor,and the liquor sold in Taiyuan has the risk of arsenic and cadmium pollution.It is hoped that relevant de-partments should pay attention to it.
