摘要

目的:建立科学合理的鸡冠花炭饮片质量标准.方法:以鸡冠花炭性状、水分、灰分、浸出物以及总黄酮含量为指标制定其质量标准.结果:拟定标准为水分含量不超过13.0%,水浸出物含量不低于18.0%,总灰分含量不超过13.0%,酸不溶性灰分含量不超过3.0%,总黄酮含量不低于1.2%.结论:该研究所得到的数据真实可靠,可为制定鸡冠花炭质量标准建立提供理论依据.

Abstract

Objective To establish the quality criterion of cockscomb charcoal decoction pieces.Methods The quality standard was estab-lished based on the properties of character,water content,ash content,extract content and the content of total flavonoids.Results The proposed standard was that the moisture content should not exceed 13.0%,the water extract content should not be less than 18.0%,the total ash content should not exceed 13.0%,and the acid insoluble ash content should not exceed 3.0%.The total flavonoid content is not less than 1.2%.ConlustionThe data obtained in this study are real and reliable,and can provide a theoretical basis for establishing the quality standard of cockscomb charcoal.
