摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为独活的功效主要为祛风除湿,通痹止痛,解表;症靶为痹症、头痛;标靶为骨质疏松症、腰椎间盘突出症、糖尿病周围神经病变;现代药理发现,独活及其有效成分具有镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗老年痴呆、抗肿瘤等作用;本品无毒,阴虚血燥者慎服;临床使用剂量为3.125～60 g,内服宜根据不同疾病或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证、配伍使用,并积极探索独活用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建.
Abstract
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modem research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fields of clinical medicine and Chi-nese materia medica,it is believed that radix angelicae pubescentis has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly to dispel wind and dampness,pass bi and relieve pain,Its symptom targets are Wind chill,dampness,paralysis and headache,while its biochemical indicator target is Improve bone metabolism、lumbar disc protrusion and Diabetic peripheral neuropathy.According to modern pharmacol-ogy,radix angelicae pubescentis and its effective components can play the roles of analgesia,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-se-nile dementia,anti-neoplastic,reduce blood press and so on.With non-toxic effects,it also should be taken with caution for those with Yin deficiency blood dryness.Its clinical dosage range is 3.125～60 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different disea-ses or different stages of the same disease,and an effort should be made to actively explore the construction of the dose-effect relation-ship between its dosage and its symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets.
