With the acceleration of innovation and application of digital technology,new forms of rural digital economy continue to emerge and become the driving force for rural revitalization.Rural revitalization construction should deeply inte-grate the digital economy with rural industrial production,public life and government governance,and realize rural green leapfrog development,optimize balanced and shared development,and open and inclusive development through digital econ-omy empowerment.In view of the problems encountered by the digital economy in the process of empowering rural revital-ization,such as the lack of identity of the digital economy in the rural environment,the imperfect digital governance mecha-nism and the disjointed grass-roots governance system.The paper proposes seven measures that are to improve farmers'digi-tal literacy by relying on the digital work platform,build a modern rural digital governance system,strengthen institutional construction,promote the digital transformation of rural industries,enhance the digital transformation of rural basic public services,build a"community with a shared future"for the development of new forms of rural digital economy,and pro-mote the integrated development of industry,agriculture and urban and rural areas to better enable digital technology to em-power rural revitalization.It will give"new fields,new tracks"and"new driving forces and new advantages"for economic and social development,and steadily promote the deep integration of digital information technology and rural economy.
