Research on the Construction of the Motivation System for the Young Rural-Teachers'Adherence Spirit in Profession——An Encoding Analysis based on the Grounded Theory
As the primary resource for the development of rural education,young rural teachers are often viewed as an important impetus for national prosperity,national rejuvenation,and people's happiness.Based on grounded theory,this pa-per,through analysis of the data based on the in-depth interviews with 20 young rural teachers by using of Nvivo 11 soft-ware,constructs a 3S system model(Self-School-Society Motivation System,that is,self-motivation system,school moti-vation system and society motivation system)for a study of young rural teachers'adherence in profession.Based on this,in order to enhance the adherence motivation of rural young teachers in profession and further enable them to"stay"effective-ly,the paper,proposes a strategy of cultivation for strengthening self motivation from material drive to spiritual drive,im-proving school motivation from facility construction to humanistic construction,and improving social motivation from policy support to public support.
