有机硅改性氧化石墨烯-聚丙烯酸酯的制备及性能研究

采用改进的Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯(GO),以过量不饱和碳链的有机硅偶联剂KH570作为改性剂进行表面修饰,制备不饱和有机硅改性氧化石墨烯(KGO).以KGO、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料通过相反转乳液聚合制得高羟基石墨烯/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液(KGO/PA).采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重测试(TGA)和应力应变测试对复合物结构和性能进行了表征.测试结果表明,KH570成功接枝到GO表面,所制备的KGO/PA复合材料中氧化石墨烯纳米材料分散均匀,当TGO含量为1.5%时,复合材料具有最佳的热稳定性和力学性能.
The unsaturated silicone modified graphene oxide(KGO)was synthesized by the modified Hummers meth-od,and the silicone coupling agent KH570 with excessive unsaturated carbon chains was used as the modifier to prepare the unsaturated silicone modified graphene oxide(KGO).High hydroxy-graphene/polyacrylate composite emulsion(KGO-PA)was prepared by reverse emulsion polymerization of KGO,methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),hydroxyeth-yl methacrylate(HEM A)and acrylic acid(AA).The structure and properties of the composite were characterized by Fouri-er transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric test(TGA)and stress-strain test.The test results showed that KH570 was successfully grafted onto GO surface,and the graphene oxide nanomaterials in the prepared KGO/PA composite were uniformly dispersed.When the content of TGO was 1.5%,the composite had the best thermal stability and mechanical properties.
