Based on the development fundamentals and development achievements,the evaluation index system is con-structed and by employing the entropy method and multiple regression model,the high-quality development level and influ-encing factors of the real economy of Shaanxi Province are measured and investigated from the year of 2012 to 2021.The re-sults has demonstrated the following features:firstly,the comprehensive index of high quality development level of real econ-omy of Shaanxi Province is stable and upward,but the development intensity index continues to be low,the stability index and the competitiveness index fluctuate significantly,the extroverted index and the social innovation index remain low for a long time,and the ecological development level shows a downward trend;Secondly,digital economy and digital finance have significantly promoted the high-quality development of real economy of Shaanxi Province and the level of human capi-tal and the scale of foreign direct investment have a certain degree of positive impact,while the degree of marketization has produced little effect.It is proposed to promote high quality development of real economy of Shaanxi Province by optimizing the industrial structure,developing strategic emerging industries,accelerating scientific and technological innovation,and adhering to market-oriented reforms.
