The cultivation and promotion of labor spirit has important value and effect on the smooth realization of the strategic goal of common prosperity.However,in terms of practical operations,the cultivation of labor spirit faces many challenges such as difficult confrontations from the nature of"people are born to enjoy leisure and hate work",human's doubts and panic about"de-labor"accompanied by the wave of artificial intelligence,the trend of"anti-labor"symptoms caused by high-pressure society,and the elimination of consumerism trends such as"extravagance and pleasure".Some ef-fective countermeasures can be taken to greet the above-mentioned challenges such as integrating the efforts of the state,government,society,and cultivators to find the best combination of laborer's"nature"and"needs",giving full play to the dual effects of government and society's"empowerment"and"positive atmosphere",exploring the inherent laws of the"growth"and"maintenance"of labor spirit.
