With the rapid development of the pig industry,China's annual pork production has exceeded 50 billion kilo-grams for several consecutive years,accounting for almost half of the world's annual pork production.However,currently some pig farms in China still use manual or semi manual feeding methods due to financial and technological limitations,re-sulting in relatively low efficiency.There is an urgent need for a fluid pig food intelligent processing system to free up man-power.Based on this background,it is particularly important to design a fluid pig food intelligent processing system using PLC and MCGS technology.The system consists of a control unit,a mechanical unit,an execution unit,and a sensor data acquisition unit.The innovation of the system lies in the use of industrial computer PLC and MCGS technology,which real-izes automatic water inlet,feeding,heating and stirring,automatic food discharge,and finally automatic cleaning of the equipment.Through the design and installation testing of this system,it is possible to achieve automatic processing of fluid pig food,reduce the breeding costs of pig farming enterprises,and improve the automation level of large-scale pig farming.
