数字劳动教育的主体形塑与实践进路

On the Shaping of the Subject and Practical Approach of Digital Labor Education

数字劳动存在劳动者发展与物化、劳动自觉性彰显与算法操控、生产共享与资本宰制的"主体性"悖论.数字劳动教育在价值内涵上应凸显劳动者综合素养拓展、劳动自觉性提升、劳动者主体间性构建等价值目标.数字劳动教育体系构建要形成面向生活世界的教育范式,构建五育并举、学科融合的教育格局,培育超越技术异化的主体素养,弘扬以人的自由全面发展为导向的数字劳动文化.
There is a"subjectivity"paradox between the development and objectification of laborers,the manifestation of labor consciousness and the manipulation of algorithms,and the sharing of production and the domination of capital in digital labor.In terms of value connotation,digital labor education should highlight the value goals of expanding workers'comprehensive literacy,improving labors'consciousness,and constructing workers'intersubjectivity.The construction of the digital labor education system should form an educational paradigm oriented to the living world,build an educational pat-tern that focuses on five educations and disciplines at the same time,cultivate technological literacy beyond technological alienation,and promote a digital labor culture-oriented by the comprehensive and free development of people.
