太赫兹波光电导天线探测器的研究进展

摘要
对国内外利用光电导天线探测器检测偏振太赫兹波进行了归纳总结,发现国内外对用于太赫兹偏振检测的光电导天线探测器的研发各有优缺点,但不能同时满足高效率、高精度、高信噪比的要求.因此,通过对光电导天线阵列探测器的有源区域、相邻阵元之间的反向电流和探测准确性等进行国内外研究现状和发展动态梳理,分析光电导阵列探测器在太赫兹偏振检测中所遇到的关键问题,为光电导天线阵列探测器的研发和应用提供一定的参考.
Abstract
The article provides a summary of the research on the detection of polarized terahertz waves using photocon-ductive antennas array detectors at home and abroad.It is found that both domestic and international research on photoconduc-tive antennas detectors for terahertz polarization detection have their own advantages and disadvantages.However,they can-not simultaneously meet the requirements of high efficiency,high precision,and high signal-to-noise ratio.The article sys-tematically discusses the current research status and development trends of the active region of photoconductive antennas ar-ray detectors,reverse currents between adjacent array elements,and detection accuracy at home and abroad.It analyzes the key issues encountered by photoconductive antennas array detectors in terahertz polarization detection,providing a reference value for the research and application of photoconductive antennas array detectors.
