On the Improvement of the Teaching Ability of Ideological and Political Course Teachers in Universities in the New Era:Value Connotation,Realistic Dilemmas,and Practical Paths
The improvement of the teaching ability of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universi-ties in the new era is an inevitable requirement for building a team of high-quality ideological and political course teachers,an important starting point for promoting the"three advances"of the Party's innovation theory,and a realistic choice for achieving high-quality development of ideological and political course.However,there always exist some problems in the teaching of ideological and political courses,such as some ideological and political teachers being not solid in the study of ideological and political theory,which is not conducive to the improvement of their theoretical interpretation ability;the teaching coordination being not sufficient,which is not conducive to the improvement of the teaching design ability of ideo-logical and political teachers;the innovation of teaching methods neglecting the differentiated learning needs,which is not conducive to the improvement of ideological and political teachers'teaching organization ability;the understanding of teach-ing research being not enough,which is not conducive to the improvement of teaching research ability of ideological and po-litical teachers;the digital technology empowerment being not full,which is not conducive to the improvement of the techni-cal application ability of ideological and political teachers.The teaching ability of ideological and political teachers should be continuously improved by strengthening the understanding of the theory of Marxism with the aims of building a teaching com-munity,carrying out accurate ideological and political thinking,promoting the reform of teaching and research system and mechanism,and strengthening the empowerment of digital technology.
