Expression of LncRNA CUST-40243 and CUST-47163 in patients with chronic benzene poisoning and its diagnostic significance
Objective To determine the diagnostic value of the expression levels of LncRNA CUST-40243 and CUST-47163 in chronic benzene poisoning patients and healthy controls.Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression levels of LncRNA CUST-40243 and CUST-47163 in peripheral venous blood of patients with chronic benzene poisoning and healthy controls.Cytokinesis arrest micronucleus test(CBMN)was used to detect the micronucleus rate of lymphocytes in the two groups,and ROC curve was used to analyze its diagnostic significance.Results The expression level of LncRNA CUST-40243 in chronic benzene poisoning group was higher than that in healthy control group(Z=3.440,P<0.01).The expression level of LncRNA CUST-47163 was lower than that of healthy controls(Z=-6.962,P<0.01).The micronucleus rate of lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=3.919,P<0.01).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of LncRNA CUST-40243 in chronic benzene poisoning group was 0.697,and the 95%confidence interval(CI)was 0.590~0.805.The AUC of LncRNA CUST-47163 is 0.898,and the 95%confidence interval(CI)is 0.835~0.964.The AUC of plasma lymphocyte micronucleus rate was 0.724,and the 95%confidence interval(CI)was 0.624~0.823.The AUC and 95%confidence interval(CI)of patients with chronic benzene poisoning were 0.962 and 0.921~0.980 respectively.Conclusion LncRNA is abnormally expressed in patients with chronic benzene poisoning,and the detection of lymphocyte micronucleus rate is helpful to improve the diagnostic efficiency,so it can be used as a reference index in the screening and diagnosis of chronic benzene poisoning.
