外文摘要：The metabolism of trehalose is similar to that of Sucrose. The molecular characterizations of genes which encode TPS, TPP and trehalase are described. Related Emerging evidences supporting the role of trehalose in regulating sugar metabolism and introduction of sugar sensing in the plant are listed.
