A Research on Strengthening the Consciousness of the Chinese Ethnic Community in Universities of Border Regions:Taking Yunnan P College as a Case Study
Universities are an important battlefield for cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community.Therefore,in recent years,cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community in universities has become a focus of academic research and has achieved important results in both theoretical and practical aspects.However,there is relatively little attention paid to cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community in border regions.Taking Yunnan P College,a university in border regions,as a case study,a systematic empirical analysis is conducted on the current situation,challenges,and paths for the school to strengthen its consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community.The results indicate that Yunnan P College has a good consciousness of current situation in cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community,but faces the main challenges of weak theory of the Chinese ethnic community,insufficient innovation in education to cultivate the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community,and low effectiveness in cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community.Therefore,countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of promoting the popularization of the theory of the Chinese ethnic Community,promoting innovation in the education of the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic Community,and enhancing the effectiveness of the education of the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic Community.
