Research on Local Legislation of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection in Minority Areas(Ⅱ):Reflections on Legislation of Protection of Poya Culture in Funing
Poya culture,as an important part of the culture of Funing ethnic minority area in Wenshan,also reflects the traditional labor life and cultural wisdom level of Zhuang people in the border areas of Yunnan.The legislative protection of Poya culture is not only the requirement of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and protection,but also the need to fully exert its cultural tourism development value.This paper continues the content of Local legislative research on intangible cultural heritage protection in minority areas(Ⅰ),combined with the situation of the protection of Funingpoya culture,it probes into the problems of the legislative aim,the choice of legislative mode,the determination of the normative content and the related legislative techniques,aiming at providing realistic,targeted and feasible legislative suggestions.
