大学生就业能力提升导向的导师制实施探析

摘要
大学生就业是社会普遍关注的热点问题之一.高校就业导师制度是解决大学生就业困难问题、提升大学生就业质量的重要渠道.分析大学生就业能力困境及问题,结合导师制特征,论述导师制对大学生就业能力提升的作用,探索导师制视域下助力大学生就业能力提升的着力点,强调以大学生就业能力为导向,发挥导师制的积极作用.
Abstract
The employment of college students is one of the hot issues in the society.The employment tutor system in colleges and universities is an important channel to solve the employment difficulties and improve the employment quality of college students.This paper analyzes the predicament and problems of college students'em ployment ability,discusses the function of the tutorial system on the improvement of college students'employment ability,and probes into the key point of promoting college students'employment ability from the perspective of the tutorial system,emphasizing the employment ability of college students-oriented and exercising tutors'positive role in the tutorial system.
