"三全育人"理念下"三进一出"管理育人模式探析

进入新发展阶段,高校学生管理工作应重视育人资源挖掘,创新育人管理模式,有效提高管理育人的实效性.从"三进一出"管理育人模式的构建视角出发,介绍其管理育人的内涵,分析管理育人模式价值,提出"三全育人"理念下高校在新发展阶段的管理育人路径:以丰富的课余活动吸引学生走出公寓,走进运动场,提升学生的道德品质、身体素质等健康素养;通过教师特色讲座、专业指导、好书推荐等育人方式,吸引学生进教室、实验室和图书馆,实现文化育人,促进其专业学习和文化素养的提质;通过耕读文化建设,引导学生走进田间地头,体验劳动乐趣,培养劳动情怀.
Analysis of the"Three in and One out"Management of Education Model under the Concept of"Three Comprehensive Education"
In the new stage of development,the management of college students should attach importance to the exploration of educational resources,innovate educational management models,and effectively improve the effectiveness of management and education.This article starts from the perspective of constructing the"three in and one out"management and education model,introduces the connotation of"three in and one out"management of education,analyzes the value of the"three in and one out"management and education model,and proposes an analysis of the management and education path of universities in the new development stage under the"three in and one out"concept from three aspects:attracting students to leave the apartment and enter the sports field through a variety of extracurricular activities,enhancing their moral and physical qualities and other health literacy;attracting students to classrooms,laboratories,and libraries,realizing cultural education,promoting their professional learning,and improving their cultural literacy by characteristic lectures,professional guidance,and recommended good books;guiding students to enter the fields,experiencing the joy of labor,and cultivating a sense of labor by the construction of farming and reading culture.
