The Dual Role of Self-Regulated Learning in Normal Students:Theoretical Guidelines,Conceptual Models, and Practical Paths
In the field of teacher education,self-regulated learning plays a crucial role.As future teachers, normal students need to develop self-regulated learning in order to adapt to the rapidly evolving realities in the field of knowledge.Self-regulated learning is closely related to teacher education, and teacher education programs need to introduce the concept and practice of self-regulated learning. On the one hand, normal students need to realize self-regulation of their own learning, called the role of the learner(SRL),and on the other hand, normal students need to guide their students to realize the skill of self-regulated learning, called the role of the teacher, also known as self-regulated teaching(SRT).Training in the three dimensions of theoretical framework learning, pedagogical training, and interactive learning environments can be used to help teacher educators develop their self-regulated dual role skills and to promote students'self-directed learning skills. The importance of self-regulated learning dual role competence is strengthened in the training of normal students and is considered as an important aspect of teacher professional development.
