Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,and college graduates are valuable talent resources of the country.How to fully utilize the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education to solve the current employment dilemma of college graduates is an important research topic in front of local colleges and universities.By analyzing the connotation and significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students and exploring the realistic dilemma faced by innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities from the perspective of employment,the paper puts forward the strategic suggestions for optimizing innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.
