西畴精神融入大学生劳动教育的价值与路径

摘要
劳动教育是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,是引导学生成长成才的必要途径,具有树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人功能.西畴精神是西畴人民在艰苦奋斗、自力更生、勤劳实干、开拓奋进中孕育出的伟大实践精神,其核心是"等不是办法,干才有希望".西畴精神的时代内涵和劳动教育的育人理念具有内在联系性,二者结合,不仅能丰富劳动教育课程资源,还能为劳动教育实践注入新的活力,从而强化大学生劳动价值观的形成.因此,以将西畴精神融入劳动教育课程、校园文化建设;利用西畴精神中的劳动榜样进行价值引领;再加之运用西畴精神教育基地强化劳动实践,对实现以劳育人、以劳筑人和以劳化人具有现实意义.
Abstract
Labor education is an important starting point for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality.It is a necessary way to guide students to grow up and become talents.It has the comprehensive educational function of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness and cultivating beauty.The spirit of Xichou is the great practical spirit bred by the people of Xichou in their arduous struggle,self-reliance,hard work and pioneering work.The core of the spirit is"Waiting is not the solution,only by doing can there be hope".The era connotation of Xichou Spirit and the educational concept of labor education are intrinsically linked.The combination of the two can not only enrich the curriculum resources of labor education,but also inject new vitality into the practice of labor education,thus strengthening the formation of college students'labor values.Therefore,in order to integrate the spirit of Xichou into labor education curriculum and campus culture construction;using the labor example in the spirit of Xichou to lead the value.In addition,the use of Xichou Spirit Education Base to strengthen labor practice is of practical significance for the realization of educating people with labor,building people with labor and educating people with labor.
