Meta分析丛枝菌根真菌对草莓生长与果实特性的影响

丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌通常具有促进植物生长,提高植物抗逆性的功能.然而AM真菌是否无论草莓生境如何,都一致性地调控草莓表型和果实特性仍未明确.本研究利用荟萃分析(Me-ta-analysis)方法,整合分析了 AM真菌对草莓植株干重、根系结构、氮(N)和磷(P)含量、果实产量及特性的影响.结果表明,AM真菌能够显著增加草莓植株地上部和根部干重,促进草莓根系伸长和根表面积增加,调整草莓根系结构;显著增加了草莓植株地上部和根部N、P含量.其中摩西管柄囊霉(Funneliformis nosseae)能够促进草莓N、P吸收,增加植株生物量.AM真菌不仅提高草莓的果实数量和总产量,还能够促进果实中总花青素、总酚、黄酮类物质和抗坏血酸的积累,从而提高果实的抗氧化特性,而总可溶性固体(TSS)、可滴定酸度(TA)和TSS/TA比值未受到显著影响.本研究表明,AM真菌有利于促进草莓植株生长和果实增产,并且能够提高果实中抗氧化物质的含量,具有应用到草莓绿色生产中的潜力.
Meta Analysis of the Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on the Growth and Fruit Traits in Strawberry
Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi generally can improve plants'growth and resistance.However,it has not been clarified whether AM fungi uniformly regulate strawberry phenotypes and fruit characteristics,regardless how the strawberry habitats may be.In this study a meta-analysis method was used to integratedly analyze the effects of AM fungi on dry weight,root architecture,nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)contents,fruit yield,and fruit traits of strawberries.The results showed that AM fungi could significantly increase dry weights of aboveground parts and roots of strawberries,promote root elongation,enhance root surface area,and thus adjust root architecture.AM fungi sig-nificantly increased N and P contents of shoots and roots.Funneliformis mosseae significantly promote strawberries to take in N and P and increased biomass.AM fungi increased the fruit number and total yield,and strengthened the ac-cumulation of total anthocyanidin,phenolics,flavones,and ascorbic acid in fruits,and accordingly improved the an-tioxidant properties of fruits,and do not significantly affect the total soluble solids(TSS),titratable acidity(TA),and TSS/TA ratio.The study suggest that AM fungi are beneficial to promote strawberry growth and fruit production,and raise the content of antioxidant substances in fruits,revealing the potential of AM fungi application on green pro-duction of strawberry.
