Screening and Analysis of Two Strains of High Efficiency Phosphor-Soluble Bacteria
In order to obtain phosphorus soluble microorganisms that can convert insoluble phosphorus into soluble phosphorus, two strains with phosphorus soluble ability were isolated and screened from soil of planting field of Maotai Distillery, and molecular biological identification and phosphorus soluble performance of both strains analysis were carried out,and organic acids in their fermentation broth were determined, and the phosphorus soluble mechanism and growth ability in distillers′grains were initially explored. The results showed that the selected strain P1 and strain P2 were Enterobacter ludwigii and Panthenia dispersus respectively.Regarding the degradation rate of insoluble phosphor-us,the highest was at 9.62% and 7.56% in P1 and P2 single culture on the 10 d and 1 d respectively, and 18.83% in P1 and P2 mixed culture on the 2 d.Under different conditions, the degradation rate of insoluble phosphorus was affected to some extent, and the mixed culture at 40℃reached as high as 33.82% on 6 d.P1 mainly produced ace-tic acid,up to 4 103.65 mg/L,P2 mainly produced acetic acid and succinic acid, mixed culture mainly produced acetic acid, followed by oxalic acid. The two strains had strong growth ability in distillers′ grains, which provided a certain reference for preparation of bioorganic fertilizer with distiller′s grains.
