依托合成生物学竞赛培养创新人才的探索与实践

培养具有科研创新实践能力的人才是高校人才培养使命的重要体现.随着科教融合理念的发展,学科竞赛已成为创新型人才培养的重要支撑.本文基于合成生物学领域的顶级国际性赛事国际基因工程机器大赛(iGEM)和国内赛事合成生物学竞赛-创新赛(SynBio)对于大学生主观能动性和创造力的要求,结合南京工业大学iGEM团队连续四年的参赛历程,探索了以高水平竞赛为依托的拔尖创新人才培养模式,提出了将竞赛、科研和教学三者相结合,通过建立以兴趣为导向、学生为主体的学习模式,以创新为核心、实践为基础的科研训练,以学科交叉为特色、团队协作为基石的教育平台,促进拔尖创新人才培养的质量不断提升.
Exploration and Practice of Training Innovative Talents Based on Synthetic Biology Competition
Training talents with scientific research,innovation and practice ability is important embodiment of the mission of the institutions of higher learning in fostering talents.With the development of the mergence idea of science and education,course competition has become an important support for the cultivation of new type′s innovative tal-ents.Based on the competition of international iGEM competition and domestic SynBio competition in the field of syn-thetic biology for improving the subjective initiative and creativity of college students,this paper explored an innovative talent training mode with regard to the requirements for the students′subjective initiative and creativity based on high level competition combined with the participation of iGEM team of Nanjing Tech University for four consecutive years in taking part in the competition course,and put forwards to combine competition,scientific research and teaching to-gether.Adopted the establishment of studying mode of interest-oriented,giving priority to the students,and new inno-vation as the core,practice as the basis of scientific research,and take distinctive of disciplines intersection,and team cooperation as the cornerstone to continuously improve the quality of top-notch innovative talents.
