通过探究抗菌肽CC34与重组乳酸菌制剂对脂多糖引起的小鼠肠道形态损伤的调控作用,揭示重组乳酸菌制剂发挥作用的有效性.将24只18~20日龄的昆明小鼠随机分为对照组(0.2 mL生理盐水)、空载组(0.2 mL乳酸菌)、重组菌组(0.2 mL重组菌制剂)和阳性对照组(0.2 mL生理盐水),第1、4天对除对照组以外分组注射等体积脂多糖,7 d后取小鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠进行形态检测.抗菌肽CC34能够在乳酸菌中进行表达,并且肽菌制剂能够显著缓解脂多糖诱导肠炎小鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肠绒毛萎缩.抗菌肽CC34重组乳酸菌能够缓解脂多糖引起的小鼠肠道形态损伤.
Effect of Antibacterial Peptide CC34 and Lacto-bacterial Preparation on Intestinal Morphology of Lipopolysaccharide Model in Mice
This study was aiming at the investigation of the effect of antimicrobial peptide CC34 and recombinant lac-to-bacteria preparation on the injury of intestinal morphology caused by lipopolysaccharide in mice.A total of 24 Kun-ming mice aged 18-20 days were randomly divided into:Control group(0.2 mL normal saline),empty carrier group(0.2 mL lacto-acid bacterial preparation),recombinant bacteria group(0.2 mL antibacterial peptide CC34 recombi-nant lacto-bacteria),positive control group and(0.2 mL normal saline),on the 1st and 4th day,lipopolysaccharide was injected into each group except the control group,7 days later,duodenum,jejunum and ileum of mice were taken for morphological examination.The antimicrobial peptide CC34 can be expressed in lacto-bacteria,and the peptide and bacterial preparation can significantly relieve the intestinal villus atrophy of duodenum,jejunum and ileum in-duced by lipopolysaccharide in mice with enteritis,antibacterial peptide CC34 recombinant lacto-bacteria can relieve the intestinal morphological damage caused by lipopolysaccharide in mice.
