微生物生理学研究微生物的生理活动规律,实践性强,运用领域广泛,但代谢途径复杂抽象,学生学习动力不强.本文从以问题为导向的学习(PBL)教学法的实施过程、运用原则、实施效果等方面,探讨了PBL教学法在中南民族大学微生物生理学课程中应用的教学实践,旨在达到激发学生学习原动力,提升学习效果的目的,为PBL教学方法在中南民族大学专业课程中的有效应用,助力高校课堂的教学改革和创新实践奠定基础.
Microbial physiology,studying the laws that govern physiological activities of microorganisms,is extremely practical nature and widely applied to many fields.However,the complicated and abstract metabolic pathways of mi-croorganisms have hindered students' motivation in learning this course.This paper probes into the teaching practice of employing Problem/Project-Based Learning ( PBL) method in the course of microbial physiology in the university from the aspects of procedures,principles and effects,aiming at to stimulate students' motivation and improve their learn-ing,and in the meantime,facilitate the effective application of PBL in classroom teaching and lay a solid foundation for the teaching reform and innovation of the university.
