摘要

为保障中国企业"一带一路"交通基础设施建设项目的顺利开展,采集"一带一路"22个交通基础设施建设项目资料,运用扎根理论对交通基础设施项目所面临的风险源进行挖掘识别.首先,对收集到的项目资料进行分析处理,通过三级编码识别出3个核心范畴和8个主范畴;其次,对基于扎根理论的风险源识别模型进行理论饱和度检验,并对所识别出的宏观风险源与中观风险源对微观风险的内在影响和相互关系进行阐释;最后,提出包括充分做好前期调研、维护好利益相关方平衡和强化海外信息搜集及响应能力的针对性风险防范措施,以便中国企业降低"一带一路"交通基础设施建设风险.

Abstract

In order to ensure the smooth development of the transportation infrastructure construction projects of Chinese enterprises in"The Belt and Road"initiative(BRI),the data of 22 transportation infrastructure construc-tion projects are collected and the grounded theory is used to excavate and identify the risk sources faced by the transportation infrastructure projects.Firstly,the project data collected were analyzed and processed,three core categories and eight main categories were identified by three-level coding.Secondly,the theoretical saturation test of the risk source identification model based on grounded theory was carried out and the internal influence and mutual relationship between the macro risk source and meso risk source on micro risk were explained.Finally,targeted risk prevention measures are put forward including conducting adequate preliminary research,maintaining the balance of stakeholders and strengthening overseas information collection and response ability,so as to help Chinese enterprises reduce the risks of the BRI transportation infrastructure construction.
