Based on the current situation of foreign fire safety management and the research progress of domestic fire credit system and credit evaluation methods,this paper analyses the development status and common problems of credit evaluation in China's fire protection field,and puts forward the construction objectives of credit evaluation in such field.The principles and grading structure of establishing the fire safety credit evaluation index system for social units are studied,the information collection and evaluation methods of the fire safety credit evaluation index system are established,in order to determine the status situation and grading basis of the fire safety credit rating of social units.The dynamic evaluation of fire safety credit is realized based on and with the help of the fire protection IoT technology,and the application of the credit evaluation results are clarified.The establishment of a sound fire safety credit evaluation system for social units can effectively motivate social units to improve their fire safety level on their own.
